loft from circle to circle is sometimes twisted
why is this happening?
and is there a way to fix this without extra things?

    Look at the "match connections" option in your loft: https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/loft.htm

    Internally Onshape (and the Parasolid Kernel) have to make a guess about how to match up the connections of the loft profiles. Mostly it does what you want, but sometimes it gets it very wrong, and you need to give it some more information about your intent.
