New Scrollbar has you chasing the "x"

The addition of the new scroll bar, when you wish to get rid of an item, you aim to the "x" and when you're right on top of it, the scroll bar shows up (even with one item) and the "x" shifts to the left having you then chase a new destination point. Very annoying feature that should be addressed. We shouldn't have to learn and chase an invisible x due to a poorly coded user interface.
