where is the countersink?

Ran into this just now. Asked for a countersink hole but no countersink. What did I miss?

    Your hole diameter and countersink diameter are input as the same value.  If you set the second input to your desired countersink size, you should be good.

    Kinda odd that this is the default on an M7 hole. When I switch to another size I get an expected result. 
    Most times the default saves me looking up countersink size. Looks like a glitch in the table values.
