Sketch cannot be solved when trying to change a dimension

Hello,
Can anyone explain why I can't use the Dimension tool to change the height of this rectangle in a sketch? I tried clicking Dimension, then clicking on the vertical line on the right, clicking again over to the right and then typing 20 but it gives me these red boxes. I'm sure this is simple...

Edit the existing 25 dimension instead of trying to over ride with a new dimension. Double click existing dimension will bring edit tool2
