Can I use JPEG, PNG, GIF image as template / guide for sketching part design?

Being able to import my logo image to create a feature would be great. However, I would be satisfied if I could just import image as a background guide to creating the necessary feature sketches.
I've seen other posts regarding this topic. Is this functionality available yet?
