Where has the camera control moved to?

I am running through the render studio tutorials but have not been able to find the camera control that it asks for and shows in the original version. It seems it has been removed from the tree, but I have searched all over and haven't been able to locate it.

    It is now under the view menu on the view cube in "Position and rotation" option.
