2 parts in one studio. How can i make a new studio so that my my parts are in their own studio

basically all you need to know in the title. I have 2 parts in one studio because i made a new sketch and converted some entities that i needed, used extrude new and now i have 2 parts. How can i now move on of these parts into its own studio?

1st method: In this part studio 1 contain both parts (Top and part 2) and part studio 2 contains only part 2.


2nd Method: In this method both part studio contains one one part each.

1st method: In this part studio 1 contain both parts (Top and part 2) and part studio 2 contains only part 2.

(In haste, so I may be wrong) I think the second method @viru shows does not retain a live link between the Part Studios, whereas a derived part does. 
Depending on your situation you may prefer one method over the other for that reason.
