importing a dxf to cut a logo

i need to import a 3 letter dxf which is my logo .  i usually import the dxf and then extrude cut so the part has the logo cut or engraved in it. i imported the dxf into the sketch but i don't know how to position it or resize it . can you help .

    There are a couple of ways. 
    1) Extrude the text in-situ and then use the transform feature to position/orient the letters. Once positioned, use a Boolean subtract to achieve the engraved effect you're looking for. 
    3) Extrude the text in-situ and then import them into an assembly and use mates to achieve the final position.
