Manually changing number of instances in BOM

Hello fellow shapers,
Is there a way to manually override the number of instances in the BOM, rather then repeating the insert command numpty times?
Sometimes you do not want to draw all instances of standard fasteners for example, so you draw one and say 46 times. But the BOM is only listing one.
Any way to change this other then export to CSV and do it in a separate spreadsheet?

Are you trying to avoid having to do all the mates, or are you trying to keep your assembly "lightweight" so that performance is good?
If it's the former, I would look into how to leverage replicate as much as possible. There are ways to edit a BOM, but overall, having a parametric source of truth is usually a better solution.1
