How do I hide the centers of arcs and endpoints

How do I hide the centers of arcs and endpoints?  Also, can you make the background of sketches white instead of the light shade of blue?

You can hide the whole sketch, but you can't just hide the centers.

The background of a sketch is white. When you create an enclosed area it turns gray. Are you talking about the sketch plane outline which is light blue? This is not customizable.
