I can't move parts in the assembly.

I can't move parts in the assembly. The arrows are there, but it is not possible to move the parts.
What am I doing wrong?

    You fastened mated all the parts. Therefore they are not supposed to move. Only the wheels spin because they are revolute mates. Suppress or delete the mates and the parts will move.
