Is there a way to invert a part?

I have a part with multiple holes on top I would like to "plug into" a different part, is there an easy way to create extrusions where the holes originally were on a new part?

Yes there is.  It depends on what your doing so some screen shots will keep this help on point.

Create the second part in the same studio and use the same sketches that crate the holes?
Or if the part already exists, insert both parts into an assembly and edit the part you want to add the extrusions in context. from there you should be able to just create a new sketch and extrude these "holes"
