I need help taking a file I have and changing the thickness of things.

I have a deer that I imported and it is the wrong size and thickness i want the thickness of everything to  .19 in and the slots to be .19 in. I also need to saxke it down to but I am having trouble  with it

    @jon_shoop202. Hi Jon.  You really need to add more context to your question (what file format was the imported item in... for example).  Also including images and/or links will help people help you.  Without that additional information it's practically impossible to provide any guidance.
