Extrude or cut using the outside of a sketch?

Hey folks,  One feature I liked in Solidworks that I can't find in onshape is the ability to cut using the outside of a sketch (instead of removing the material enclosed by the closed sketch it removes the material outside the enclosed sketch. Is there a way to do this in Onshape?

If you use the "intersect" option with and enclosed sketch, it will do the same thing as cutting the outside of a sketch in Solidworks. What Onshape doesn't have as a native feature is cutting on one side of an open sketch. There are custom feature scripts for this.
