Broken (outdated?) Sheet Metal Tutorial

I'm unsure if the tutorial or function outlined in the tutorial is broken because of later addition of partial flanges, but setting up the file as per the Sheet Metal Features / Exercise: Sheet Metal Box (Slide 8 of 12) and it errors. Can I get some assistance on this?
Playing with the partial flanges kind of works, but does not compute the same output as the tutorials.
