Error FEM-Simulation "Worker does not exist." "internal Error"

AlexanderKAlexanderK Member Posts: 2
Hello folks,

I am doing a simple fem simulation of a shaft that is loaded on both sides with a force and a torsional moment.

When I check the "show results" box, I get alternating error messages "Worker does not exist." and "An internal error has occurred at this time. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to submit this error to Onshape Support".

Has anyone had this and how was the problem solved?

Thank you in advance.
Alexander
