Good morning. I have started to see this error message on some models when using my Windows10 all-in-one HP desktop (spec's below).
"Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document."
The same documents on my Windows 11 laptop (newer) seem to function normally. I have spent some time trying to solve this issue without success. The same problem arises in all of my browsers, including Chrome. Running https://cad.onshape.com/check does not seem to throw up any problems - all green. Any advice would be much appreciated. John.

FYI: Onshape is now working perfectly on the same machine. Possibly due to driver updates?
I see that message often on my under-powered little laptop. but its mostly due to 1 of 2 things. 1) I got distracted and left the computer for too long, Or 2) my internet connection got laggy for no reason other than its run by the phone company. …sigh… Most of the time its #1. haha.
Bad internet service (intermittent connectivity issues) is the only time I've seen that message
