How do I create a extrusion that angles radially outward from sketch center?

Hello, I would like the make a disk with pegs that are slanted radially outwards. Here is a picture of what I have so far:

How can I make it so that these pegs are all slanted radially outwards?

    There are tons of a ways to do this, but here are a few:

    1. Create a plane at an angle (you'll probably need to sketch a line to use as an axis, sketch a circle, extrude
    2. Similar to #1, but use a mate connector as a sketch plane
    3. Sketch a line on the front (or right) plane as a path, then added a circle sketch on a plane (or mate connector) normal to the line, extrude or sweep
