My 3d view use QWERTY layout as default instead of my locals. How can i set it back?

Hi,
My viewport has been acting up for the past days, and all my keys are interpreted as if used a "qwerty" keyboard.
Problem is: i have an azerty keyboard, and this mess up all my shortcuts.
It only happens in the viewport, not anywhere else (text fields are fine, computer / browser is fine).
It worked fine until last week, and i don't see any setting i could have accidently changed.
Any idea of how to fix this ?
