Section-Views in Onshape

I want to build a 3d Figure out of Cardboard and now I´m stuck. I already built a small figure out of clay, scanned with my smartphone and importet it into OnShape (.stl). Now I want to cut out different sections to draw them on cardboard and cut them out, before I glue them together (horicontal). But I can´t figure out how to divide the 3d model in different sections. Does anyone can help?

    Make planes where you want the model cut. Split the model using the “split” tool and the planes. “Keep both sides” in the split tool option. Repeat for each plane. 

    Now your model will be several parts. You can hide all the parts except one, and use that part to make your cardboard pattern. Then hide that part and show another for another cardboard pattern. 

    For the scale to be true, you’ll need to make a 2d drawing and print it out at full scale.

    You should be able to pattern the split feature, and then use the "auto layout" feature to create a drawing to print all the sections at once:
