How to make shell without internal walls/shells?

So as in the image, I want to shell the entirety of the inside, without also having shells on the smaller squares and circles. How would I go about doing this?

One way to do this would be to create the smaller squares after the main extrude and shell. This will let you shell the main shape, then extrude remove the squares. To keep it organized, you can store the squares in a separate sketch, though this isn't required; you could manually de-select them from the first extrude.

While you have the extrude open (right click it and edit, or simply double click the extrude feature), click the faces of the sketch that you don't want to be in the extrude selection. Like this:

It's probably better to extrude the outer shape first, then shell, then extrude/remove the holes. I suspect that Sketch 1 has a lot of stuff in it. You may want to split that into more than one sketch to simplify the selection of the sketches for your extrudes.
