No Learning Center Videos Loading

Hello!
I have been unable to get any videos to load in the learning center. I have a strong internet connection, fully cleared the cache and cookies, tried in fully updated chrome and edge browsers. I am running Windows 11. Any help would be appreciated.
Here is a screenshot of what ever page of every tutorial loads:
