Moving (re-locationg) a complete title block.

I have an A3 template and wanted to make this into an A2 template.
Doing so, my A3 template got an A2 border added, while my title block moved outside the border to the right.
When I select all entities and try to move this, only one entity of my title block moves. (my title block has got text, line and image entities)
I tried using mouse select + Alt, mouse select + shift, mouse select + Ctrl, nothing works. I can copy and paste. but have no control over there the new block is pasted.
There is no transform option in the menu.

    Is the format locked or unlocked? When locked the title block layers can't be moved.

    Using the free version, the title block can be copy pasted, but there is not control of where to paste it. I cannot move it, it will take one dot of an entity at the time. I cannot group it. I tried moving to drawing or title block, but cannot move it into the corner.
    The title block is unlocked. AAny suggestions please.

    Ya, The sketching tools in drawings is not very friendly. I find a need to create a dxf or dwg that can be inserted into a sketch in parts studio then insert into drawing to get formatting clean. Of course you will have to add the notes back. At least from sketches if I remember correctly you can copy and paste notes.
    With any luck someone will give a better description and method than I'm describing. Haven't done personalized drawing templates for a while.

    If you box-select the Title Block entities (and that layer is unlocked) you can translate them as a group.
