How can I rotate an imported step file to be Z-up?

The link does not work. In general however, there is a check box during the import process for "y axis up". Try with and without it, that usually does it. You can get to that box after the import by editing the import feature in the tree.

If that does not fix it, then use transform.

the y-axis up was not checked.

selecting the assembly and rotating the jack did not work.

I don't think I have access to a Transform tool as far as I can find.
