I want to scale my assembly, but I can only scale on a part studio. What do I do?

I want to scale my assembly so that it's smaller, by 0.5. But I can only scale on a part studio. I want to scale because the acrylic that I have to lazercut all the parts and assemble them is too small. I have to work with the given amount, because this is a school project, for those who may just ask to get more acrylic. Is there a way to scale the assembly, or if not, what else can I do?

Another thing you can do is put all the 2D top views of each part in a single drawing. It would not matter which part studio they came from. Bring them each in at 1/2 scale. Then when you export the drawing as a dxf for the laser cutter, they will all be half scale.2
