Driven variable in Variable Studio

It would be really nice to be able to export a measured variable (driven) to a Variable Studio table to be able to use them in another Part Studio or Assembly.

- If you just need to copy the current value (nonparametrically), you can do that manually. We could consider adding a shortcut in the UI, too.
- If you want it parametric, we'll either need to allow Variable Studios to reference Part Studios/Assemblies and forbid circular references (seems like a... difficult workflow) or introduce a mechanism like Assembly in-context.
