Linear feature can not be applied, unclear reason

HI, I try to apply a linear pattern to multiple features inside a box. Interestingly, this works for most features, but not for 1 fillet.
I can apply the extrude by instance, that's fine, but I see no reason why the fillet is not working.

This works. 

My extrude is a linear pattern too, so I tried to avoid putting too many features in one pattern for simplicity.
