Colors changing when unioning parts.

I'm trying to union multiple parts together with a boolean. However, when I do, every part I unioned changed into one singular color, which is not what I want, since the different color design on each part is necessary. How can I union multiple parts so that each part maintains their color?

It depends. You can use an open Composite

What are you trying to do by creating a union? Do you want them to show up as one body or multiple? Would an assembly work? Do you want everything to have one material, part number, etc?
