Mouse Wheel for Panning

I used to be able to click in my mouse wheel for panning and I really liked it a lot better than ctrl-rmb which is what I have to resort to now. I tried to change the keybinds but couldn't find it in the preferences. Is there any way to change it back?

    In my case that works flawless with onshape standard mouse profile. No need for custom keybinds. 
    maybe reset it to onshape standard mouse settings

     What kind of mouse? What driver? 
     I run a 3Dconnexion mouse and it regularly acts up but it is a bug in the driver, not an onshape issue.

    It was just some mouse I picked up at Staples. So its most likely a driver issue. I have to use a Chromebook sometimes for convienience. It doesn't work on it but it does on a standard windows machine.
