Is it possible to search public documents by owner?
If I search the public documents and find an interesting model, is it possible to do a search/filter for all models owned by that person?

No, and there must be a reason why it's missing as it seems fairly easy to implements. I suspect it may be to prevent/hinder data farming on public documents. Here are a few improvement request related to this :
