How do i get this bar to show whilst using

Hello, the attached image is what I see when not logged in to Onshore looking at workpieces. As soon as I log on it goes and i can't work out where it lives as i find it useful.
Any ideas please?

    Ah, I didn't realize you were looking for a specific button for rotate.
    You can rotate the model by clicking and holding the right mouse button.
    If you prefer different settings, you can change the settings in your Preferences - Mouse controls.

    That toolbar is the simplified "view only" toolbar for users that are NOT able to edit the document.
    When you log in - you are probably able to edit the document - which means that your tools are found at the top of the window instead:

    Thanks for responding.
    Yes I get that about being logged in or not but I cannot find the one highlighted in my image on my toolbar when I am logged in. I think it's Rotate?
