Accessing onshape on 'slow'computers

I am working with schools based in Uk and Tanzania and I was wondering if there is a way to find out the minimum system requirements for laptops/computers/notebooks accessing the onshape. Also what is the limiting factor? perhaps the processor speed or type of processor? or perhaps the graphics card.
The specification of the notebooks that the school in Tanzania have is provided below
Some advice would be very much appreciated.
Thank you,
Marie

HP EliteBook 2560p Notebook PC
Intel Core i7 and Core i5
Also is it possible to use onshape with tempremental internet access e.g an internet connection that may cut out frequently

I have some experience using Onshape in similar locations. I was blown away with how well it did on a sketchy 4G and sometimes 3G mobile connection. Granted my designs I was working with were not all that large, but for school use your data sets probably won't be very large either. Getting a stable internet connection would be priority number one for you. The processors you mention are pretty decent and Onshape doesn't really need to use them (the heavy computing is done on AWS), but you're next item to keep an eye on will be the graphics card and importantly the driver that would properly support WebGL for the card you have. I think my kids may have similar devices. I'll try to check later tonight and get back to you on performance on those machines on a good stable internet connection. It may provide you with some context. Maybe others here are running that device specifically?

Core i5 processor, 4GB Ram, with the Intel HD 5500 integrated graphics. On a stable network connection, Onshape ran just fine. It's probably not your Elitebooks, but it gives you some sense of the similarity and dissimilarity of our two environments. And again, stability of your network connection will be your most important item.
