    A little more context to when the error appears would probably help the more knowledgeable people here help you out.

    The error appears when i try to load a document. what can i do against?

    I have seen this (or something very similar) when I was trying to open multiple documents in rapid succession. It basically gives you a time out. Try giving a little more time between clicks and see if this makes it go away.

    A follow up, to the above statement - If you try to open multiple documents before the first one is finished loading (still spooling) - let the document finish opening, then open others.
