How to close a duct?

Hello friends,
Is there any way to kind of close a duct that I have the start part and the end part, I just need to "close" this path? I tried the sweep feature but didn't work because the parts don't have the same size and they aren't aligned.

I believe the loft tool will get you there, use guides to help control the shape.1 -
