Extrude resulting in part error

aidan_uedaaidan_ueda Member Posts: 2
Hi there,

I am currently working on "Exercise: Creating Multiple Parts in a Part Studio", and am dealing with an issue with adding a new part to an Extrude. After successfully extruding a part, I forgot to add some holes from the sketch, so I decided to edit the Extrusion. The problem is, after adding so many new faces, the Extrude creates an entirely new part altogether, which screws up the other objects in my project. Is there a way to make it so I can add as many faces as I want without creating a new part altogether?

Here's a video of the problem:

If you forgot any holes or Details in your Part, you could edit the sketch at anytime by doubleclick .if the holes not in the extrude ,open the extrude and edit it to.If there is an error in any step of your Projekt then open this step and edit this to.   You can also move the Bar at the end of the list up to the sketch  and then step by step down.
