How to view and edit dimensions

Hello, I am new to Onshape and can not figure out how to show dimensions in the sketch view. I can see a dimension when I create something in sketch, but I am unable to modify those dimensions. I assuming I have some view option toggled off, but can not figure it out. I can edit a sketch and physically click and drag an object to change the dimension, but can not see a dimension, click on it, and change it.
Thank you,
Scott
