Moving a title block

I have got an A3 drawing (border & customized title block) and want to create an A2. I can change the drawing size, but my title block stays in the A3 location. How to move the title block with all text into the corner position. Each enity seems inlinked, I cannot drag, nor cut/paste into the exact corner position. Any suggestions please?
