Ok this is something there has got to be an easy workflow too but I spent about an hour researching feature scripts and could not find a good match.
Say we have an injection molded part with an irregular surface and we want to lightly emboss a logo to it.

The only way I was able to get this to work was to do a removal extrude at a uniform depth greater than intended. Then after that sketch in a "Fill" profile and extrude within the part to fill back to get the depth of the emboss to be uniform through the curves.

It works but not the cleanest workflow... Thanks!

I was able to do this with your sample, but only if I moved the logo slightly so that the corners weren't so close to the joints of the surfaces. S1mon
