bunch of intersecting tubes - birds mouth type intersection

I have a new meat packing machine I need to setup at work (dog food)

I need a tube to split into 6 - I'll add pistons etc. later

I'd really like to 3d print this so I can make sure it all fits before I have it make properly

I'm stuck trying to get the tubes to intersect properly, in real life the tubes will all need cutting to join smoothly together

I've read loads on here and watched a bunch of youtube but I can't figure this out :-(

Here is a sample using the frames tool with a lot less features. To see part list open the cut list on the right side of screen.
note that YouTube can be helpful some times but can be noticeably dated. I recommend the OS learning center. There is good training for free.

Obviously not your dimensions, but this seems like a perfect scenario for frames. If you haven't used frames before I highly recommend you take the time to learn about them - very handy. Just create sketches with lines for paths, then use frame command (works kind of like sweep).

Analise the linked doc for workflow and pay close attention to the options that are in the user interface box (UI).

especially the trim options - and if you keep separate parts you can drop them directly into drawings. -or do a boolean and make then all into one piece if that's what you want .

Frame command is not dead simple, but not that terribly hard either (there are many  stock profiles and,  you can create custom profiles of your own) .
