I'm getting a Webgl is not enable. It appears to be though.

Complete newbie. Using Google Chrome under Windows 7. Trying to run my first tutorial. Getting Webgl not enabled message. I followed the steps and it appears to be enabled. The system has the following under display adapters:
DameWare Development Mirror Driver 64-bit
Intel (R) HD Graphics 4000
Please help

@howard_freedman - have you tried running Onshape in Mozilla Firefox? Updating your graphics drivers may also help, as Chrome has requirements to run WebGL that are sometimes beyond the graphics driver capabilities of older systems.
