Feature request: Constraint hints?

Is it possible for a future version to provide hints or outright lists of needed constraints for a sketch?
It is so frustrating to have a simple object such as a rectangle that won't resolve, with no apparent reason.
The program has obviously identified something that isn't complete, but other than the @#$%@ blue line gives no indication.
