Why doesn't the import DXF button appear in the toolbar?

After importing a DXF file in an associated tab and opening a new sketch, I want to insert the DXF into the sketch.   No DXF icon exists to do it.  Tried both Safari and Firefox; both failed.  Tried changing the view to include all possible icons; the DXF is missing.  The downloaded DXF in the associated tab is a polyline type.

Figured it out.  I zoomed out so far my aging eyes failed to see the screen properly.  I'll hook up a larger external monitor. Thanks!
