How do fix the constraint errors ?

so I'm new to cad but the measurements that i want are not applying especially the degrees i need it as 7.017mm can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

You can't specify both the distance and the angle with the constraint on the diameter of the circle, change one of them to "driven"
