Make Angled Walls

Alright so in the image here I have two sketches with highlighted parts. I want to connect these highlighted parts together with walls but whenever I make an extrude it won't let me have a different shape for a destination. How would I connect these?

Use Loft.
Note that you will have to first loft the whole profile (including internal faces), then loft-remove with the internal faces.0
