OnShape extension apps and OAuth tokens

Hello,
We are currently exploring the possibilities of OnShape apps and have a question:
We have configured an external OAuth app (so that the user can allow external access to our app via "Grant" and OnShape can retrieve an external access token).
We also have an extension with a web app that should run in an iFrame in OnShape.
Is it possible to access the OAuth access token of the external OAuth app in the web app, via JavaScript or otherwise?
The idea would be to use this token on our site to create an external app session for the user so that no re-login is necessary.
