Websockets

Hi,

When I do the check for my school there are green ticks across the board, I have allowed loads of URL's through the allowed list, but apparently this is a wbsocket issue. But no one seems to know what they are? If someone could give me a list of the websockets needed it would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you having problems with drawings only or part studios and assemblies as well?

    Hiya, this is when students open a new document. I don't use the site myself so thats all the info I have!

    You will need to talk to your IT folks to see if they are allowing websockets. Please open a support ticket if your IT team isn't able to resolve this.
