How to fill holes ?

I am trying to fill the holes as seen on the arrows in the picture. I have tried different methods fill/sketch the circular patterns.
Guidance is greatly appreciated :)

    Not sure, but it sounds like you want that all to be one part?  Use Add instead of New when making the little posts.

    @frank_soe, weren't those four holes created in sketch1?  You might be swimming upstream.  Why not just edit sketch1 so there are no holes to fill?
