I can not open any documents

Anytime i try to open a document it says this. Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document.

    This is most likely caused by websockets being blocked on your end. Please talk to your IT department. They will need to add websockets on TCP port 443 to the list of allowed domains. They should add all of *.onshape.com DNS addresses to the allow list.
