Issue with new hole tool

rohit_seshadrirohit_seshadri Member Posts: 2 EDU
Hi,

The new hole tool interface doesn't let me tap a hole into just one part. I've attached a picture to this post to show what I'm trying to do. Am I doing something wrong? I checked with a couple of other people and they can't figure it out either.

You need to set the "fastener fit" to none if you are only going through one part.

Can't say I'm a huge fan of the new approach to the hole tool.  Lots of trial and error to get the tool to work. Not that intuitive imo.

I'm giving it a bit of chance to get used to it.
The "fastener fit" one was definitely confusing though... It really shouldn't be visible until you have more than one body selected!
