Problem with sweeping a profile

Spent sometime looking through all the sweep threads but haven't found an answer. Cannot get the last segment to generate without an error. The intersection of the segments doesn't look much different than others but it won't generate. Any thoughts or help would be great!

I don't understand why this should make a difference, but I replaced the arc that is the offending segment of the sweep path with a spline, and it works fine.

Thanks for the help! Simplest solution takes the win, thought an arc would be better than a spline.
